MP Keen to See the Queen’s Head Remain as a Pub
Andrew Selous MP – for South West Bedfordshire has written to Central Bedfordshire Council to seek assurances that the Queen’s Head will not be permitted to have a change of use allowing it to be used as a dwelling.
I can confirm that I have written to Marcel Coiffait the Director of Communities for Central Bedfordshire Council to let CBC know that I fully support the villagers efforts in keeping the only retail establishment left in the village open and I have asked that the Council gives me their assurances that they won’t allow the change of usage of the property to become a private dwelling.
We hope that a positive response will received from CBC to help protect the future of the last pub in the village of Tebworth.
